AIAgentGate

Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These terms cover your use of the AIAgentGate app, published by TraLand.com. Questions: support@traland.com.

1. Licence

AIAgentGate is sold through the Mac App Store as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. Your licence is governed by Apple's standard licensed application terms in addition to these. The app is closed-source; nothing here grants rights to its source code, or to redistribute, resell, rent or sublicense it.

2. What the app is, and is not

3. Changes the app makes

Where you ask it to apply a fix, the app backs up the file first, validates the result, and rolls back if validation fails. You are still responsible for the configuration on your machine, and you should keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. Fixes apply to JSON configuration only; TOML files, including Codex's config.toml, are reported but not edited.

4. Acceptable use

Audit machines and configuration you are authorised to audit. The app reads only folders you select, but having the technical ability to select a folder is not the same as having permission to inspect it.

5. Privacy

The app collects nothing and makes no network connection. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds

Purchases are made through the Mac App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something is broken, please also tell us — we would rather fix it.

7. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TraLand.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here and, where relevant, in the app.
