AIAgentGate is a macOS app published by TraLand.com. If something is not working, or the app reported something you do not understand, get in touch and a person will read it.
Contact
We aim to reply within one business day. There is no account to create and no support portal to sign into — email is the whole system.
You can send as much or as little as you like, but these make a problem much faster to solve:
Please do not send raw configuration files. They routinely contain API keys. If you need to show us your setup, use Export Report — the export is redacted by default, with no absolute paths and no secret values, which is exactly what makes it safe to send.
It reads the configuration files it knows about. If a tool of yours writes its configuration somewhere else, tell us where and we will look at supporting it.
That is deliberate rather than a silent skip — an audit that quietly ignored a file would be telling you something false about your coverage. Usually the file has a syntax error, or is a format the app does not yet read. Send the filename and the tool that wrote it.
config.toml? Not in this version. Fixes apply to JSON configuration only. TOML files, including Codex's
config.toml, are inventoried and reported but not edited — you will see the findings,
and you make the change yourself.
No. AIAgentGate audits configuration and reports what it finds. It does not sit between an agent and your files and cannot prevent an agent from doing anything. See the Terms of Use.
Every fix backs up the file before changing it and validates the result, rolling back if it does not hold up. If you still need to go back, the backup is there. Email us and we will walk you through it.
Nothing. It makes no network connection of any kind. See the Privacy Policy.
Purchases are made through the Mac App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com. If the reason is a bug, we would like to hear about it too.
