Meeting Pilot helps users record meetings, transcribe conversations, generate summaries, and receive interview hints. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app and how that information is used.
Audio is recorded and transcribed entirely on your device. Your voice recordings and the speech-to-text transcription never leave your device — they are not uploaded to us or to any third party. Only the resulting text (such as the transcript and any detected questions) is sent to the AI service to generate summaries, hints, and other outputs, as described below.
When you use AI-powered features, relevant text such as transcripts or detected questions is sent to a remote AI service for processing. These requests may also include a randomly generated device identifier to support service operations such as request control and abuse prevention. Your original audio recording is not sent.
Meeting recordings, transcripts, summaries, and related content may be stored locally on your device so you can review them later.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only as needed to provide app functionality, such as sending selected text content to the AI processing service.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and obtaining any required consent before recording conversations or meetings.
Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete the app or remove the content. Data sent to remote services may be retained only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
Meeting Pilot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly design the service to collect information from children for consumer use.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at the same location with a revised effective date.
