Facility Management System's purpose is to ease users difficulties in managing facility/equipment in a company. Users are able to make new maintenance request to the manager. While the manager can choose to accept or reject the request. He can also assign the maintenance work to the related department / company / vendor. Status of maintenance can be updated at any time. Manager can also give comments to users and selected vendor on those request. User can be benefit from the clear maintenance work list and different types report.
